yeah, look at me! i just made my first live call and i did great according to my trainer. woot woot! good points for me. i just thought of sharing it with you guys. i'm actually still shaking until now. i can't believe how nerve-racking calls can be. good thing i was able to handle it well, at least i hope i did. :D
pray that i pass the exams and get certified (both for the job and for the nursing board)
