it's really hard to break the habit of procrastination. it's really hard to start to change. to have to do something that you know would be good for you but somehow takes all of your will power even to accept. it's really easy to slip back to the old ways where in you wallowed in addiction, dwell in self deterioration (for all you do is nothing as you rot the days gone by), wade through a sea of hopeless satisfaction from habitual carelessness.
oh yes, i am bored. but i really need to start studying.
